Turmeric is healthy in it's behaviour. It has lot of benefits especially these days when we are facing corona virus😷 pandemic problem then by boiling turmeric with milk and little sugar (optional), you can boost your immunity. As well as, if you are an athlete, then haldi Or turmeric in English will strengthen your body.
