What is HRMS?Digital concept creation
HRMS is HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. It is used mostly in companies and also in retail chains. Like Everyone working in a company and their records are maintained in that company.
Those records are maintained in a system called RDBMS. A SQL reference language is Oracle. A company structure is created in that record i.e. RDBMS.
Now, let's think what is RDBMS? Ok, no worries. It is Relational Database Management System.
Relational Database Management System is made up of tables called Relational Tables connected to each other.
There are connected to Primary Key, Secondary Key and Tertiary key.
For example, employee data and their functions or in other words, their work or profession in the company they are working. It is also called data encapsulation.
